A family member passed away and we are trying to start the probate process. I was told first to file the will, then contact any known creditors with a certified letter, then run an add in the paper once a week for two consecutive weeks for any unknown creditors to respond. What does the add need to say for it to be valid?

1 do you have a probate lawyer? he/she should do it
2 look in the paper you r putting ad. usually some there
3 ask paper…they do it all the time and know how to do it
